LAUFTECH Return Policy

We are happy that you want to check our company’s return policy, however we hope that it won’t be something which would be of much need. In case you do need to return our product, this handy guide will explain the whole process. Here you will learn how to:

  • Cancel the order
  • Return our product

If you want to cancel your order

Once you have placed your order, we are able to cancel it, however be advised that it is best done so before we dispatch the delivery. Once the order is on route to you, we cannot refund you any supplementary costs. In case you wish to cancel, use our contact form or notify us directly through email: [email protected]

We do not accept cancellation requests via Phone or Chat, because we require to have written confirmation. It was determined that this way offers most security for you as our customer.

If you want to return our product

This handy guide  in our return policy will tell you all that you need to know, should you wish to return our product. If any of it needs clarification, please contact us, and we will answer all of your questions.

  1. According to our terms and conditions, as well as trading standards, you have a right to return product to us within 14 calendar days of receiving the delivery. However after this period, this right expires, and we cannot take the product back.
  2. If in way the resale value of our product is breached, we cannot accept the return. Examples of such are:
    – The scooter has been used – If you did not book a test drive, in which case the odometer can show up to 2 miles (3.22 km), we will not accept the return;
    – The scooter was damaged in any way;
    – The scooter is incomplete (e.g. missing papers or keys).
  3. If repairs or part replacement is needed, LAUFTECH reserves the right to charge the customers the amount necessary.
  4. If the above mentioned requirements are met and you are within right to return the product you must provide proof of the scooter current state first to our email. What we require is:
    – Photos of scooter from all four sides in good quality;
    – Photo of odometer showing how many miles / kilometers were driven;
  5. The photos you provide will serve to determine by our customer service if the product can be returned.
  6. If the return was approved by LAUFTECH, you can return the scooter in two ways:
    Return the scooter on your own or send it with someone. Be advised that by doing so, you are responsible for the state the scooter arrives in as it will be verified in our warehouse. This might result in declining of the return approval if the state of the scooter does not match the photos provided earlier.
    Arrange pick-up service with us, in which case we offer separate paid service of 250 euros. By doing this, once our driver takes the scooter, you no longer have to concern yourself about the product and its transport.
  7. If the photos provided by you do not match the state of the scooter on pick-up day, the return can be denied by our driver or at our warehouse. It is customer responsibility to keep the scooter in safe and unused state, in secure place by then.
  8. If you return our product, make sure it is complete. It must contain: charger, both sets of keys, documentation. Any accessories aren’t eligible for return if they were opened and used.
